Whether you wish to understand your unique energy through human design and ground it into your life or are moving through grief, heartbreak, deep transitions, initiation, expansion, or the in-between spaces of life, these sessions will guide and support you to soften into self-acceptance and to be more present with life.
In these sessions I blend human design to offer you clarity and weave a new language to understand your unique energy, contemplation of specific aspects of your life to bring tenderness, beauty and pleasure into the way you live and create, as well as practices to ground you back into your body, and gently awaken your senses.
Please know these are not therapy sessions, nor Human Design readings in the traditional sense, but mentoring encounters that meet you where you are and guide you back to your naturalness, adapting our time together to your life seasons and needs.
